AOBP announces 2014 Forum panel

31 March 2014

The Association of Bridging Professionals (AOBP) has unveiled the panel of eight leading industry lenders that will govern this year’s annual forum.

AOBP associates of all membership tiers will gather on April 24th to debate the issues facing the short term lending market.

The panel members are:

Alan Cleary – Managing Director of Precise Mortgages
Jonathan Samuels – CEO of Dragonfly Property Finance
Andrew Bloom – Managing Director at Masthaven Bridging Finance
Marc Goldberg – Director at Lancashire Mortgage Corporation
Colin Sanders – CEO of Omni Capital
Christian Faes – Managing Director of Montello Bridging Finance
Keith Aldridge – Principal of Capital Bridging Finance Ltd
Jonathan Rubins – CEO of Alternative Bridging Corporation.

The panel will encourage dialogue between all professionals by facing questions from the audience and sharing their respective viewpoints and those of the larger lender community.

The Forum itself will be held at the prestigious Private Picture and Screening Rooms at the five-star boutique Soho Hotel on Dean Street, London.
Early registration has been extremely successful with only 15 seats left for intermediaries to book.
Rob Jupp, Chairman of the AOBP, said: “Our Soho Hotel event in April guarantees compulsive viewing for those lucky enough to have booked a place. We have listened to our extensive membership and provided the names that they most wanted to see speak.”
Panel member, Keith Aldridge Managing Director of Capital Bridging Finance Limited said: “These forums are the perfect platform for the AOBP to fulfil its commitment to its members by providing opportunities for debate on non-competitive issues that will help members achieve growth.
“As an ‘Associate Lender’ member I am particularly looking forward to hearing what members want lenders to do to help them sustain the impetus the market currently has.
“These forums are essential for new entrants to the sector, helping the market grow and providing a regular event at which members know they will leave better prepared for the challenges of a very competitive market.
Andrew Bloom, Managing Director of Masthaven Bridging Finance, said: “I am delighted to be invited onto the panel for the upcoming AOBP event. This is an excellent opportunity to improve communication between brokers and lenders and will allow bridging finance professionals an open forum to ask questions directly to directors of the major bridging lenders.”
“I am really looking forward to an event full of debate, education and for good measure… a little fun.”
To register or for further information, AOBP Associates should visit the AOBP Forum page or call the AOBP Secretary on 0207 316 1822 to book their seats.
